Tasting Notes

The Sangiovese was produced from a single vineyard in Langhorne Creek. The grapes were vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and French oak to build complexity and structure.

The wine has lifted aromas of cherry and plums, with a full flavoured palate of ripe plum, raspberry and spice that finishes with smooth tannins. With excellent length, it drinks beautifully now and will reward patient cellaring.
